Heres where we stand. The stock closed up ~15% on 10.6+ million shares. Thats the highest of pennies except CVIA. The last 5 minutes were complete buys on good volume which bumped the ask from .10 to .11 so there is demand and that demand moves the price easily. As far as what is going on with PKGP:

Yesterdays news:

biz.yahoo.com

is significant because it pretty much guarantees the company is out of the convertible problem. What was going to be 78 million share dilution will now only be 9 million!! Once everything is said and done, PKGP will have 20 million shares issued. A comment of interest should be:
"As the corporate fundamentals grow, our stock valuation should return to its previous levels and beyond,'' said Richard A. Altomare, PKGP CEO
The companies 52 week share price has been as high as $2.88!! To exceed that from these levels in even 2 years would provide an unbelievable ROI! And I believe the company is turning itself around much faster than that.

The other news release Feb 25th:

biz.yahoo.com

Note that March 5th is the day that bids for the Vallerie Trucking Co will be taken and awarded to the winner. I think that todays extreme volume had something to do with someone who knew the outcome of the hearing. A yahoo boarder posted that she had spoken with the company and a press release with results of the hearing would be out Friday or Monday. As the preferred bidder at the hearing, I dont think there is much chance they DIDNT get Vallerie Trucking.

Then there are the technicals of the stock. Everything says it is once again sitting on GO. The last time we had these indications, it popped up to .30+. I think a slow steady climb back to $1.00 would be a much better although I am sure nobody would complain if it got there quickly with some volatility. I have seen this situation so many times before in the last few weeks with other companies, and the nice thing is PKGP is still close enough to its lows to ride the upswing to its fullest potential.

Remember this is a REPORTING company that has gone through some tough times. They are now in the beginnings of the turnaround and the stock price is still near its lows. Here is the latest report:

Good Luck Everyone,
