Jeff,

I appreciate your decision to post on SI. Many PR people would not have done that. That right there says alot about your character and convictions, Thanks!

Jeffrey,

Thanks for taking the time to get an SI membership and post this note. When the situation merits it, you will find SI a very convenient forum to communicate whatever message you wish to make. I sincerely hope to see more posts from you about HNLY in the future.

Regards,
Chris

Just a thought, but given the most recent set of events, I think I would have posted a E-mail address instead of a phone number ! <grin>. Fortunately, SI has a private message feature for members to communicate with one another.

Jeff, very much appreciated your post and # to call. I'm not a particularly large investor in HNLY, but I've liked what I've been able learn about the company in recent weeks. Those looking for a fast buck will always find cause to criticize, but some of us are a bit more patient and to us the important things are integrity and credibility (vs momentum and sizzle). I still consider this a quite risky investment, but will feel more confident (I hope) when the March 31 numbers are released sometime in April or early May!

Jeff,

I realize that there isn't much you can specifically iterate about HNLY. Accepting this though, what can you tell me, if anything about the potential of some kind of reprisal for the share price in the next week or so. I am amongst those who have been caught short in the last few days and am in need of some soothing comfort. Thanx.

Whoa...I think an apology is in order here...specifically, from me to Jeff Brommer.

Jeff, I apologize if my posting was misinterpreted as a slam against you and your firm. I merely was pointing out that, during the nice rise enjoyed by HNLY last week, a great number of postings included your name. Several of them appeared to be more hype than substance, and including a reference to "Jeff Brommer" seemingly was an attempt to add punch to the comments. No mention of your name this week told me that many of the hypesters have scurried away. THAT is a good thing.

Frustration? Me? Yeah, maybe....but only directed at myself, as I said earlier. I originally bought, and added, based on DD and actual news. Sorry I missed the momentum play? Yup. Life happens.

I believe in the Company, I'm holding to prove it, and I apologize again if my comments seemed directed at you and the job you are doing. Thanks for the SI post.

Brommer,

Mate, I'd start a WAR for you any day.

I haven't been around the trading block that long but this is the first time I've ever seen or heard about a penny stock exec pull up their trousers and do the BARBARIAN thing.

You don't need to send me any "soothing" words. I think you, HNLY and
the HNLY stockholders are going down in Cyber-History.

Well done,

Bar Bar

Jeff --

I really appreciate your decision to post here. (Especially since it means you're reading our posts!)

I've posted some messages that have been either critical or skeptical of HNLY, and these posts reflect my honest views, based on what I know. Probably the most frustrating thing, from my perspective, if how little hard information the company has put out in public releases.

I don't doubt that you will give information to investors who call if it's OK with the company for you to talk about it. But, without meaning any insult to you or anyone at HNLY, I have a lot more confidence (and I think a lot of investors also have more confidence) when I see it in a written, public form.

At the moment, the capital structure of HNLY is a mystery to me. I know that HNLY has announced some "cash and stock" acquisitions -- there have been press releases on that -- but I don't know how much cash or how much stock. I can understand that some things may need to wait until HNLY's formal SEC filings, but I can't see why the basic contours of such fundamental transactions can't be disclosed right now. And the HNLY website, if it talks about such things at all, should not give an outstanding share figure of about 8 million if a done deal will change that number.

I've also raised concerns about the track record of HNLY's management. Mr. Swarzman -- and perhaps other members of the HNLY management team -- ran a predecessor company called Advent Technologies, Inc. (AVTI). AVTI put out some pretty optimistic press releases, but eventually faded from view. I would really appreciate any insights you could offer about what happened to AVTI, and how HNLY is a different story. I'm certainly not suggesting there was anything crooked about AVTI -- rather, its growth through acquisition strategy looks a lot like that of HNLY, and I'd like to understand why HNLY will succeed where AVTI appears not to have succeeded.

Thanks for any information and insight you can offer on these issues!

-- Jim

Eight posts to you from one! I wish my investments were as
good as those results!<g>

Glad to have you stop by!
Hope you feel better after your posts and the responses it has
generated. Also, its nice to have a PR guy & company rep stop
by to get a chance for investors to hear it from the 'horse's
mouth' so to speak. We don't often get a opportunity like this.
I Thank you and am sure most others thank you for your time
and efforts.

IMO it sure makes me think of all the 'trash' that gets thrown
at the company and PR people all over SI and the rest of the Net.
I'm sure it isn't fun to set there and 'take it'.

You have a good one!

Now, like I tell my employees.....Get out there and make me
some money!!!! <ggg>

Jeffrey,
A simple question,
WHO are the attorneys and CPAs handling the consolidated HNLY SEC filing and related financial matters. Will they even acknowledge that HNLY is a client.
