The person who sent you that note was obviously trying to scare you, but as you know indictments are not pre-announced. He may know you have been sued civilly for manipulation of RMIL. The other thing is this person is obviously trying to emulate your great prowess as a remote viewer and uses some of the same techniques you do. It is almost a certainty that criminal charges against some will be brought in the next several weeks, it seems the authorities are getting less forgiving with those who manipulate for their own gain.
