To all followers of Mentor Graphics. Do any of you have any hands on experience in using Mentor's tools or any of Mentor's competitors? I would be very interested in your opinion as to the relative strengths of the competing products. My experience lies in investing and not electronic design. In my opinion if Mentor's products become more competitive then this stock can put on a great run. I wouldn't touch Cadence, not because it is a bad company but rather because it has built in everything but the hereafter in its' stock price. Competitive tides ebb and flow, is it Mentor's turn now?
