Coms just announced that it was lowering first quarter charge re US Robotics acquisition to 270 from 426 Million. Anyone have an idea what this means??

Coms revises 1997 net to 500 from 597 Million lowers earnings from 1.69 to 1.41 per share on revsion. Kernan just announced that 3com just announced earnings, he obviouly is confused. What is going on??

Hey, We have to do the math again.
We lost $2 bucks today, possibly we'll
