You also noted Corel management stated THE SUIT "could consume management resources and have a material impact on earnings if the outcome is negative. Sounds to me like management is very concerned..." Maybe. But I doubt it. Just the normal boilerplate legal language. They put stuff like that in the 10-Q to protect themselves against other SUITS! Hahahaha! Settlements tend to be small, and usually companies and managers are covered by insurance. Happy Investing! Vanni
