What is the story with the law suit? - I don't know for sure. The SB Superior Court judge threw out most of the Cadiz arguments.

Arrests of WMX people - I read that. I don't know how many. I do know that as of January 1998, the San Bernardino Sheriff was trying to develop a criminal fraud case. They were positing RICO ie, racketeering, wire fraud, those sorts of things. I don't think that it has gone away. However the SB Sheriff people are the gang that couldn't shoot straight. They're much better at beating a Rodney King than dealing with this kind of thing. In fact I have been told that there isn't even a judge in SB County that would be intellectually equipped to handle such a case.

Cadiz's 'bad reputation' has nothing to do with it. Lawyers are the same slime everywhere. If Cadiz will pay the money, they will pursue it. That's what's interesting about the odd source of Cadiz funds. Their major shareholders and note holders don't seem to care if they don't stick to business. Makes you wonder if there's another agenda.

Tell about the parts of RailCycle that are ongoing. I've sort of backed away from the primary sources.
