That is a point Henry, past is not prolog and they can buy stock and will buy stock once they get the show on the road.. be something to watch for. I think Healthmed balked and blinked and walked before the due diligence was gathered in fact to avoid the due diligence.. and so they are resorting to vapor dollar seduction and proxy and other means to sway us to vote our shares to them... If they would have certain difficulty funding the takeover they should have said so and I would at least understand their plan. but not showing their hand makes it impossible for the board to say one way or another. They would be going off half cocked and play into their hands that way... so here we are and I agree with you I didn't bargain for this charade either... but at least I am feeling good about the board and there is hope...for the future. Still I hope dc Katz gets his stock back and gets back in the lab and helps move things forward. luis
