Here we go - Norris explaining there was a delay in a couple contracts - and some unanticipated taxes.
McGinnis just said he didn't calculate the full impact of the debentures.

Unbelievable! Poor results are partly due to fourth quarter "mobilization of contracts problems"--whatever that means. In any case, they were touting 1.20 well after the end of fourth quarter. Didn't they know by then that the "mobilization" of whatever contracts they're babbling about hadn't occurred???? This conference call is NOT making them look very good.
