Bill, right or wrong KRY has caused PDG hundreds of millions of dollars of extra costs and lost chances for profit and market cap. This would not occur if KRY was wrong. The fact that PDG takes it seriously and the courts in venezuela have given KRY win after win after win means a lot to me. If they were a fraud why is PDG not mining the property now? It remains to be seen where it will settl, and PDG might just pounce on this weakness to make an offer, as enough feeble souls might waver and PDG will try to obviate the poison pill. Bill
