I have followed Asensio sell recs for a while, and everyone always screams about suing, then everything he says is found to be true, and the company goes belly up. I'm just trying to give you the benefit of my experience. Like I've said, I haven't seen anything new. Anyone can file suit against anyone. But I'd be shocked if it weren't summarily dismissed. People have the right to state and publish their opinions in the US. Barb

Bill, go to a thread where you have actually bot or sold the stock, or have you never bot or sold a stock? In any case, you are on the wrong thread for many reasons.
