The "shares exercisable w/in 60 days" from the proxy doesn't match anything in the insider reporting numbers, which report only shares actually owned.

Steady insider selling isn't unusual in a company like AGPH that makes good - you'll see the same pattern if you look at the early days of say Microsoft.
