It's great to have Wayne back! And it's great that Jack Arnold is computer literate and aware of what's going on in the thread; it keeps a lid on the unwarranted hype and incorrect statements. Good work, Wayne!

As for a reverse split - if you do the numbers (D Lee did them a while back in the thread - or maybe it was Milk) a reverse split of some sort might be required. With the number of shares outstanding and the share price, they'll have to do SOMETHING to get share prices out of the penny range and out of the hands of manipulators. There's a lot of "funny" unsavory crap going on in penny stocks.

I think that getting rid of the Reg S loan should be a top priority. Other mergers and hiring help and renting office space is important, but the Reg S issue is like a dead albatross around CVIA/WOTD's neck.
