After hearing the conference call, I have decided to double my position in FAMH. Mr. Monas seems to be on the up & up to me.
This may be the best "penny" of the year.

Good Luck Everyone!

Dave

Nice summary, Brad.

Just one big question. When you say >>share exchange with warrants to help get the price up for a Nasdaq or Amex listing<< are we talking about a reverse split? I believe a company needs a share price of only $1 to be listed on the Nasdaq small cap. As I remember Ira promised us no reverse split, so share exchange must mean something else. What do you think it could mean? And why would they issue warrants with the "share exchange?" Don't they have to issue more share to cover the warrants?

Brad, please explain to someone as stupid as me how FAMH makes over 90% gross margins "financing payrolls for other staffing companies."

It would seem to me they could get financing at rates lower than 90% somewhere else.
