Thanks, I was just about to post it! I didn't see it earlier today and when I called my investment manager, she was not aware of any news earlier. I have to think that this is not sufficient reason for someone, or some institution, to pick up 400,000 shares in one trade. Has to be something else going on. I could not get any info on who the buyer was, but my IM thinks this stock is worth $30. Sounded good to me.
