Craig, no COMS yet. This time I used a rifle intead of a shotgun and just took a very few big positions. Can get out quicker if the bull keeps running.

What, no COMS? They just announced the SEC made them restate earnings.

I just re-read what briefing.com said after I saw your note. Initially I thought it meant less expenses for the restructuring but what it really means is COMS won't be allow to bury operating losses as part of the restructuring. This will impact earnings (althought probably not the stock price).

MOT has warned again. Enough of these warnings and maybe people will realize the market is overvalue.
