Bill, <and they have tried to buy him away> I didn't know that Placer had tried to do a deal with KRY. Did PDG announce something like that. PDG said they would stop all work in Ven. until this was decided which seemed like the best way to pressure them into a final decision.

Bill: Was it you who stated that the decision would not come for another month? Where did you hear that info? That's about the only new news I have read in all of these posts. What would help KRY immensely, would be for the Venezuelan SC to make a statement concerning the status of the case. If they were to say that the Court currently is considering the validity of the MAEL/KRY gold rights and would soon render a decision, that would be enough to swing the tide, in my opinion. Sr. Gomez, please, front and center! Lee
