Thank you for the ad hominem, Norman. I posted an email message I got from Columbo on the much dreaded "evil empire" thread and here. I never read the evil empire thread, I never read the ridiculous scam thread where Columbo got in trouble. If you want, I'll go dig up what I posted, it's pretty noncommittal. Lobbying? I'd say that's a bit of an exaggeration. He got a few people pissed with him, I can sympathize, but I never condoned posting names from a private site, or whatever he did. But, as I said, whatever that stock was, it had scam written all over it.

As for the medication bottle crack, you pick that one up from Iain "Dogfood" MacDonald? I'd put it in the same class as Dick Breath, I mean, Armey's crack about Barney Frank, a little worse than normal for the ad hominem crowd but within a standard deviation or two. Pretty much in line with company line #1, to criticize is to be a Microsoft hater, and the local ad hominen attack variant.

I got no idea if Columbo and Beavis are the same, I actually thought about suggesting Columbo get a new login, but I never did. Haven't corresponded with him either before or after that little episode either.
