Please clarify the following question:
If the Reg S gets bought out, why would this stock take off? Remember
when the stock was in the 3 cent range? Well, at that point in time,
there was no announcement of a Reg S offering, yet the stock was at
a measely 3 cents. So, if this thing gets bought out, why can we expect
the stock to go higher than it was before this Reg offering was even
issued? I hope this is not too confusing to understand. TIA.
