Two Chat Items of Interest:

1. Trading Desk Chat Site - ** Special Event Notice!
Sunday, March 8th, 6pm. Est. -
OTC Markets, Execution Systems, Strategies.
*Trading Desk Auditorium Chat Room

2. Jag Notes Morning Discussion - Each trading Day;
8:30-9:30am. Discussion of the Industry acclaimed Jag Notes Fax
sheet detailing what the industry is upgrading and downgrading or
commenting on that trading session. *DailyMarket Chat Room

The Trading Desk Chat site continues to experience growing success.
Our recent session regarding Listed vs. Over-the-Counter Exchanges
received a tremendous response, packing the room to within fractions
of its capacity for the entire two hour presentation.

Nonetheless, we received feedback that while that session was
increibly helpful and informative, that there was too much material
to cover in one session.

** As a result, we are pleased to announce that we will be
hosting a Special Session, specifically dealing with the Over-
the-Counter Markets, on Sunday, March 8th, at 6pm, Eastern Time.

This session will deal with the OTC markets, execution systems,
including SOES, SNET, ECN, and Phone based trading. The session
is scheduled to last 90 minutes and will include both
presentations and a Question & Answer period.

We have arranged for several guest speakers to join us including
Baron Robertson from EliteTrader and Ross Ditlove, Head of Trading
Operations at MBTrading. We are also trying to arrange for a trader
from one of Wall Street's largest market making firms to join us.
This is pending his firm's approval.

Please put this on your calendar as it will be an event you will
not want to miss. The Chat sessions are free! New users simply
need to register at least 2 hours in advance at
yamner.com. Please arrive at the chat
session about 10 minutes in advance to ensure your participation,
as the last session was nearly full. As well, please try successfully
logging onto the chatsite well in advance of the session as we will be
unable to provide technical support regarding the chat site on Sunday
evening. This session will be held in the Trading Desk Auditorium at
yamner.com.

ALSO:**
The Daily Market Chat is hosted by our firm traders from noon till
1pm, EST. each trading day yet is active during the other times
of the day. These free chat rooms are a means of stopping in and
getting quotes, advice and other guidance from our firm's traders.
We also host special events in our Auditorium, which is where
the OTC chat even will take place.

For the time being, we have combined the War Room and Daily Market
Chat into one room as it became to complex to administer both given
our desire to satisfy demand for both.
