Well gee, Brad, as long as you're not hyping or anything...

Not planning to issue any more stock... yes, we have heard that for months.

I thought stock was going to be issued to back up the $12 million they planned to borrow? Last week, FAMH told us that: 1) they had 40 million shares out, and 2) they hadn't borrowed on the line of credit yet. So I take it they have canceled the line of credit?

And why doesn't FAMH have operating expenses or taxes the size of other companies? Their projections always severely lowball them... good example is the 1998 estimates in the CC today. I guess they are exempt from taxes forever or something.

L.E.

P.S. to Jin: As you can see by the date on the 3rd Quarter financials they released, almost two months had passed since the quarter ended. Why would they need to make "estimates" for 3rd Q earnings at that point?

The best case scenario is, two months after the quarter had ended, they had no idea how much they made. The worst case is that they were hyping earnings they knew they had not achieved.

Scary either way.
