Grommit, Thanks for the tax equivalent comparison. While you could view the company in terms of its 13.6x PE, the tax-advantaged situation is a definite plus in terms of its cash flow benefits. In terms of future guidance, I got in on part of the conference call. They indicated their backlog was $245 million (Canadian or US?) compared with $155 million a year ago. I don't know how fast they run through backlog. They also mentioned that they expected their acquisitions to be accretive. Baird
