I also heard some analysts on CNBC saying the PC demand is still strong. They put the number like 24% in '98 compared to 27% in '97. They also mentioned maybe it's time to invest some PC maker stocks. Of course, they recommended big four: CPQ, DELL, HWP, IBM. Also GTW, Micron, Packard Bell, AST and Samsung were mentioned on the avoiding list.

Did INTC ever said what part of its business segments is slowing down? This seems to be the key question.
