Dear Andrew: Sorry, I cant agree with you on that one. I think the split was important to bring the price down around that of CYMI. A lot of people like to buy their shares under $30. In any event it can do no harm and I am quite sure management is not taking their eye off the ball. Remember, COHR is effected by forces beyond its control at the moment such as Asian flu, semiconductor scare etc etc. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, they are plugging along and their day will come. JDN
