Rich, The complaint I'm looking is just about the sloppiest piece of legal draftmanship which I have ever seen. A first year law student should be able to craft a better pleading than that....They obviously have very few facts; indeed, I would venture to say they know no more than we do..They allege that management misrepresented the value of the inventory for the quarter ending December 31st but to my knowledge ACT has yet to release that information. The darn thing won't survive a demurrer IMO. In a rush now. I'll take another look later. regards
