Ya know TG, you're probably right about the form 10. Who needs it. It's not worth the toilet paper it's printed on. If a kid running a lemonade stand doesn't need to file a form 10, then dang, a multimillion dollar company sure don't. I have seen the light!! Maybe I'll call Mikey and tell him to STUFF the form 10. Better yet, maybe he can run it up a flagpole, hire a boyscout with a bugel, and have him play Iron Butterfly's " In A GADDA DA VIDA ". Well DANG, looks like I got riled up a bit!
