Yes, James. The problem with the whole GIFS mess is the way the players were inter-related. Not once (in dealing with Essary, Cella, and the gang)did I find a person who did not have some tie with another. I realize the world of Bulletin Board/OTC stock is probably limited, but the relationships seemed too coincidental. For example, the "distinguished UCLA accounting professor" who was getting things ready for the Big 6 audit, just happened to have an office in the same building as Gayle Essary. Figure that? Ken
