Rich I also know someone who actually went to the plant and met with both Pino and Greenlaw on or about December 10-15. Would you please explain to me why we should bother being so involved. As noted in a prior post the usual class action drill is wait a year or two and the forms come in the mail, you fill them out, and eventually get 5-10% of your loss back. What could we gain by getting in bed with these lawyers besides a hassle which is probably not worth the expected recovery on the shares bought during the class period.
