Deep Tech looks like a low risk play here, trading under $14 with a cash merger at $14, however prior to merger company has said they will distribute a rights offering to shareholders. Rights should be worth something? Any comments, I've taken a small position.. Scott

Nice write up on Murphy, I have followed his picks for a couple of years now, and have bought into a few, with less than stellar results. Small gains on ISIP and INSV, while still holding XOMA at 1/3 loss. Don't think I'll be using his picks anymore! ;>)
