Yes...it has to be down 20% to qualify as a dumper. I look at stocks that come close too. I have found that 20% provides the highest predictability and I consider the NEWS as well. I am only looking for OVERREACTION!!! In any way shape or form.

There are many ways to play dumpers, bottoms, shorts... ALL depending on what the news is and how much it is down.
