Hello Rich: I follow both charts and management moves. It always seems to follow that when volume and price increases, companies get where they ultimately want to go. It is true, business these days is difficult (take a look at INTL today, and other major technically-competent companies that somehow get overly-driven down). It is a brutal game, like much in life. I respect your instinct to stay away from this company and compliment you on your cautious approach. My main reason for buying this stock was -- volume (a positive indication of confidence), and price appreciation (another good and positive indication of confidence in both the company and management by many more than myself). Will this company make it? They are sure giving it a best effort. I'm betting they will...but that's why I bought. It's good to hear contra-indicators -- keeps us all awake and thinking!! Would like to ask though, if you don't think increasing share price is the answer I would be curious to know what your measure of success is. Regards, Carol
