Tom, From what I remember LTGL recommends that you check with your local authorities... I believe they discuss this issue on one of their web pages and mention the legality issue. If I recall I thought I remember reading that the undercar etc.... are ok unless one uses either red or blue because those color are reserved for emergency vehicles and the police... So I am guessing that these lighted dice would be fine unless it is red or blue... This is the way I understood it anyway. Eric
