>>The two firms have been cited for alleged dumping every
year since 1993, but each time have been cleared of the charge.<<

mu was wrong then and they are wrong now. it is just a ploy to manipulate the small minded. unfortunately, there are so many of them. it won't hold water, imho. but, mu's $70 million loss with a massive build up in inventory and no legit excuse will.

>>Last July, the Seoul government filed a complaint with the World Trade Organization, demanding that the U.S. stop its annual investigation. Computer memory chips are South Korea's key export item.<<

false allegations do get old. the wto won't allow this crap. mu is so desperate, i almost feel sorry for management. definitely the employees. almost management.
