With all these new builds,

Will the market begin to focus on overcapacity once again after this run-up? A strong bet.

Last year I'm sure you remembered, Tidewater ordered a few new boats and all the oil service companies, everybody included, lost about 15% in two days because of this fear of over-capacity. Of course everybody has corrected down to a level where a 15% correction become unbelievable but if we continue this rally and when the annoucments come I'd look traders to use that as excuse for corrections. And then you can bet CNBC will hype this thing for an entire evening.

Mr. Big Dog,

If you get a chance, would you please call Noble Drilling and ask about the availability of a Semisub known as Shelf 4 ?

From what i understand it has been stacked for a long time in the U.K. and according to rumors was recently leased and is heading for up grade. There has been no press release concerning this alleged contract so IR will not tell me anything about it.

If they do have a contract, you might want to remind them to issue a press release.

TIA
