If we get few more pre-announcement warnings (MOT is #2 so far), and if sunw moves down with the market, I'll personally consider 35-37.

I'm looking at 35-37 as a re-entry point. sunw was well under 35 as recently as November, so I don't think that my target is unrealistic. I don't think sunw will falter; rather, the tech sector will go out of favor and drag it down for a while...
