TO ALL: Hi, I have a TAX question: I haven't come to this thread for a long time. I'm sorry if this question has been posted and answered before: I lost several thousands dollars in GIFS. I know I can claim $3000 loss this year, and the rest later, on my Tax Return Form. However, I did not sell a single share of GIFS, can I still claim my capital loss? Please help me on this.
