I do not think the rumor agree with Gary's/Dennis' and others' more factual reports regarding to the 1Q earning estimate. Jan P.s. I DO NOT believe him at all.

Peter, Zip, zero and zilch: 1. NASD futures are flat to up a bit. Japan and Hong Kong are flat to up a bit. So, if there were to be a big sell off tomorrow, you could not predict it by the numbers so far. 2. The MOT story was largely known before it was released. 3. ASND IR assured me several weeks ago that 1Q would be just fine. If this YHOO poster had been reading any of the ASND press releases of late, he would realize how unfounded was his statement that .25/share might be in any sort of trouble. (I stick by my earlier prediction of .28/share). Gary Korn
