Tek--Excellent post. Anticipation is the key: As you pointed out, Win95 was it. Now, Win98 will keep the technology sector bouncing back for awhile. MSFT's minimum recommended system, I think, is something like P166, 32MB RAM, 4GB hard drive. Wow! My first PC was an AT&T 6300 with 512K. (I thought I might put UNIX on it!)

It's pretty clear the market, especially tech heavy NASDAQ, can be spooked easily, but, you are pointing out a real essential management technique, keep expectations low and then exceed them. In other words, take an early hit with confidence and then make yourself look good later to keep an aura of success about you and how well you are doing.

I am going to look into Double Click and CD Now, thanks for the heads-up.

By the way, what is the easiest way to get short sale information? I am into Yurie for the long-haul, and have put a bunch of people I know into it as well.

Thanks, Keith
