NEED HELP!!!!!!!

I've been using Version One for a few weeks (less than one month). Last night, I did the internet download, as I have been. The 3/6/98 file was downloaded, but when the job finished, I noticed the file was only 42.7 kb (this is too small ). Then I got an error message. The window said File Error, error code 3. Then I got a window that said Unknown File, storing in Windows\Cache2 or something like that.

After this, I attempted to do the download again, and the download did not begin, I got the same errors.

If I look in Windows Explorer, I can see a file in my temporary internet file folder named 03061998.qpl which is 42.7 kb.

I am like dead in the water right now, and I don't want to make any bad moves here. Can anyone help me ??? I believe since I am in my first month, I still have BBS access privileges, should I just get Friday's data from there ?

Thanks for any help that you can give me.

David
