Gary, I suspech\t asensio might be playing a deeper game here. Namely a short squeeze. When he does this millions sell and more sell short. If he goes long and there are few loose shares when KRY wins you will see the king of all short squeezes. the facts are as you say and KRY is a winner on paper, but as you say some face saving compromise might be in the works. There are many people buying as shown by the slow decline on hidh volume. The band wagon effect. I am curious s to what will happen here, and how asensios hand will play out. It seems to be a fools errand based on what has already been ruled by courts. Bill
