GR, Im still waiting on an account transfer to be completed, however you wrote "I have suggested to them they establish a hot line-i.e.-no phone recording etc,solely for people who have a position,and can't get their computer to execute a market order within 3=5 minutes." WHAT???? anything over 45 secs for a market order is unacceptable! I hold accounts in several diff broke houses, but I can promise you and Datek here and now if the horror stories Im reading here (of which was mostly happy campers, at the time I decided to give them a try to see for my self) that account will be right back out of there before they make a penny of commission or interest off of me, if they want the business the MUST supply what the customers want! Be it dependable executions, connectivity equipment, options ability whatever. Low ball price might bring them over but only service will keep them! Churn baby churn! I already have a transfer form filled out ready to mail if I have too! Happy Trading Stan
