Fraud accusations and suits filed over fraudulant actions and insider manipulation certainly is a nuisance to an experienced investor. Usually enough of a nusiance to cause them to lose a great deal of money. Often, their entire investment, except for the pennies on the dollar they'll get someday if they are party to the action. I wonder, is it trading tomorrow, or will the SEC shut it down? Personally, I always have been out of a stock long before the SEC shut it trading down. How about you? Did you get out? Obviously, the folks on pinks picks didn't.. By the way, are you party to the action? Going after the pennies?
