DS closed today at 39 7/8.
"a 35% decline from their highs at $55" = $35.75.
What's the date of this story?
Wish I'd known about it six months ago.
Regards,
RMR

Last year DS had almost 500,000 shares of outstanding stock options at option prices of $18-$25, According to SEC S-8 dated 6/13/97. It's not surprising that company officers are cashing a lot of these in. Prothro and a few of the other officers made more (on paper) in stock options than they did in salary last year. If I had 200,000 share of options at these prices, I would buy all and roll over half.
