Can't help noticing how personal these posts have become re what Mr. Heliotrope is perceived to have done to individuals. That is like wearing a sandwich board saying "I am an amateur. I don't understand the market or what makes it go up and down." One should never fall in love with a company, however good, to the point that one fails to respond to signals in the environment that say you should bail. That doesn't mean it is not a good company. It just means the stock is tanking, and the reasons are not really relevant. Get the heck out of your most beloved stock when it is falling like a stone, and get some more after it finds its bottom if you really must maintain your loyalty. Stop blaming your loss on individuals you perceive are ruining your stock/day/life. They do not control the timing of your purchases or your sales. That is up to you. Thus, all blame for losses rests with your failure to buy or sell at the right time.

Any really great company whose stock get beaten down to unreasonably low levels should be considered the opportunity of a lifetime. So what's all the whining about? Buy low, sell high. Ever heard that one?

David

Davef: I'm sure you can tell by my posts that I feel exactly as you do. It's unbelievable to me that someone would be allowed to do this. I have notified Jill @techstocks about it and she was going to investigate. It's one thing to come out with facts in hand and make everyone aware. That would be a good thing, for everyone's sake. He hasn't done that, only spreading lies for his own gain. The unfortunate part of it is that there are probably some investors that don't do their own homework and would believe him.
