try reading the 10Q's.....as per SEC: 10-Q: A quarterly report which provides a continuing view of a company's financial position during the year. The filing is due 45 days after each of the first three fiscal quarters. No filing is due for the fourth quarter. edgar-online.com as you can see the 10-K is virtually the same as 10Q, just filed once a year. Jmar's 10K for this year (1997) will be out shortly. I will make sure to pass the link along to you when it comes...... ;^)
