Chu, >Can anyone tell me what happened to the 15 million
shares in Fidelity? They sold them or still hold them?

I don't think there is a way to find out. Even CNBC does not get
up-to-date information on fund holdings. Example: today CNBC
showed how much INTC several funds hold. The dates given were up to
6 months old, and the announcer kind of apologized for that.

I bet Fidelity won't tell you if you call them.
