I don't disagree with your post. I don't think that all 80,000 people visited this thread today. I suspect it was a very small percentage of that number and I believe you also agree with that. I have quite a few threads bookmarked and I do it for several reasons. That is how I noticed that you sent me another message. I bookmark ACRT for entertainment purposes, so what. I also bookmark threads of stocks I own and stocks I am considering. I also mark a few noise threads fishing for ideas. SI members have this tool and therefore frequent certain threads on a regular basis. Lurkers on the other hand are not as mobile, but they do manage to get around. Lurkers who do not own ACRT and are considering it for investment don't have a clue. You know who you are. I have heard estimates like 10 to 1 lurker/poster rate. As you say, there is no way to know if this is even close, but I suspect it is not far off. If one could compute a ratio for lurkers to buyers, and quantify it to a specific time period it would be a very good marketing tool. As you so eloquently point out, I can't do that. By far, most lurkers are small investors. I think this can be established by correlation with brokerage account values and application of a standard deviation bell curve. It defies logic to think that the impact of buys lost due to Mr. Pink is driving this stock down. I know you didn't say that the growing short interest in this stock was the main cause of the price drop. I said that and I believe the math will bear this out as well. As I see it, you would rather have this thread go silent in hopes that a whole bunch of small investors would buy in while the stock is rapidly descending in price. I prefer to have them put their hard earned money into a growth stock that will give them some well deserved rewards. I am going to disappoint you now. I am not going to call you a name at this time. My rationale is twofold, for one, I think you are enjoying it too much. Don
