Fuchi,

Don't forget to factor their write-off depreciation charge on their current HUGE .35u fab facilities into Intel processor costs.

The .35u equipment can still be used for non-processor products, like i740 graphics chip, chipsets, networking products etc. It can even be sold (at a fraction of the original cost).

I don't now how the IRS depreciation schedules compare to useful life of this type of equipment.
