Jim,

The policy manual is under lock and key, and only Rambi knows where it is kept. When there are serious questions, such as yours, Rambi is sought, and a ritual Policy Manual High Ceremony is commenced. Before you ask, only Rambi can divulge the particulars of the Policy Manual High Ceremony, but I can say that there is much Chardonnay and sometimes barbacoa too.

The hat in the picture is the Official Coven Hat. It is handwoven of finest silk that looks to be genuine polyester. The Official Coven Hat is passed among The Great Minds during Meetings of The Great Minds, one unto the other, as evidenced in the digital pictures taken by The Official Coven Photographer, Pam Lamphear, and as shown in the magnificent pixel portraits on select webpages here on our very own Internet.

Pam tends to be camera shy, apparently, and that is why she elected to be The Official Coven Photographer. Can you say method in her madness? Also, she is the proud owner of The Official Digital Camera. Thus, there are absolutely no pictures of Pam anywhere, except perhaps on her driver's license, a situation to be remedied at the next Meeting of The Great Minds, because Pam is quite photogenic and looks terrific in The Official Coven Hat.

Hope this helps. Rambi will be in touch.
