Joe: Do you do all your communicating back east, New York? or Wash state? Wash state, beautiful country, you can drive 45 there, no one cares. The only place in the US where houses sit on the bluff overlooking Puget Sound and people don't cut the trees that block the view. Nah, Joe, If I saw you talking on two phones in Wash. there would be no way I'd scream or flip, I'm not that stupid, I know there is a shotgun sitting on the seat in almost every car, and a guy driving thats not afraid to use it.
